Minister Dilan Yesilgöz (Justice) believes that both she and the top of the Public Prosecution Service can stay on. She does, however, criticize how OM top man Gerrit van der Burg has reacted to the harsh report from the Dutch Safety Board about the errors surrounding the murders of Peter R. de Vries, lawyer Derk Wiersum and the brother of the key witness.
