Influence on travelers
From FITUR They have indicated to this medium that for their part There are no statements regarding this. On the other hand, Eugenia Fierrospresident of the association of Foreign National Tourist Offices in Spain (ONETE), has stated that “my personal opinion is that Tourism should be kept out of a political and diplomatic crisis and that what has happened should not affect the promotion of Mexico as a destination at FITUR. As for travelers, I don’t think that this would influence most tourists either. “Those who are thinking of travelling to Mexico, and even less so if we are thinking about FITUR, which will take place in January 2025.
