The Timothée Chalamet lookalikes gathered at 1 p.m. in the park to try to win the $50 prize. Except that the gathering was not authorized for that many people and the police had to intervene. According to Variety, a lookalike of the actor was arrested. The motive is not known.
The real Timothée Chalamet arrived about 30 minutes after the start of the demonstration, with his gray cap and his mask on his face to remain incognito, as seen in the video at the top of the article.
