The Berlin Wall fell on November 9, 1989 and this weekend is the perfect opportunity to honor the 140 people who lost their lives there. The international exhibition inaugurated in Madrid, at the Canal Foundation, commemorates the history and impact of the Berlin Wall. It has more than 300 original objects, such as 20 meters of the Wall itself, and testimonies from victims. The exhibition includes a tour of five thematic areas that explore the context of the Cold War, life in Berlin before and after the fall of the Wallthis having a global impact. Discover what that divided society was like and the joy of the fall of the Wall in 1989. It seeks to raise awareness about the importance of freedom and human rights. General admission is 14 euros on weekdays, 15 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. For children from 4 to 12 years old, it costs 10 euros on weekdays and 11 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. They have discounts for the Youth Card. The exhibition ends next January 12.

Frog Market
This special streetmarket is organized thanks to the commercial establishments of the Barrio de las Letras that abandon their concept of a store indoor taking to the street the most special thing they have for sale, turning the neighborhood into a open market. Why is it called the Frog Market?

Painting or soap workshop at the Atocha Palace
CoolRooms has prepared Make Me Falla series of activities to make you fall in love with autumn in their luxury hotels. On the occasion of Madrid Hotel Week, The Atocha Palace opens on Friday the 8th, and until the 17th of November, the Landscape of Light Cycle with workshops of artists and craftsmen.
