According to Downdetector, the failures began around 2:30 p.m., and reports from users with Izzi service problems increased starting at 6:30 p.m. this Thursday.
96 percent of problems that Izzi users face are with the internetwhile 2 percent more accuse a blackout in their services and another 2 percent say that the problem is with the television service.
Mexico City, the State of Mexico, Guadalajara, Chihuahua, Monterrey, Colima and Mérida are some of the main cities affected by the Izzi faults, which could be widespread nationwide.
At the moment, Izzi has not commented on the flaws in its service; However, it invited its customers to report failures through their social networks.
