PGJE authorities specified that the alleged person responsible for Yeimi’s femicide and another companion would have thrown the young woman’s lifeless body beyond the “arch” of the main tourist destination of Baja California South, that is, in the open sea.
Given the mother’s claim and request for solidarity, groups such as the Fire Department and entities such as FONMAR have joined the Ministry of the Navy to find Yeimi’s body.
The head of the PGJE, Daniel de la Rosa Anaya, reported that they have the necessary evidence to confirm that the victim was murdered on a yacht in the marina.

According to the prosecutor’s statement, the young woman no longer left the boat. The next morning, Jesús “N”, accompanied by another person who is related to him, moved the victim’s body to the sea where they threw it.
