On Saturdays during the winter season, the residents of Erts, Arinsal and La Massana come together with the employees of hotels, shops, bars and restaurants, plus skiers and people who sign up for afternoon and night leisure .
The accumulation of people was particularly complicated on Saturday because, in addition, some frequencies were not fulfilled. The bus was already full at the first three stops in Andorra la Vella and the rest of the journey in some of the frequencies ended with photos on social networks. People packed to the point that you couldn’t get in through the front door at the stops. It had to be done through the one in the middle of the vehicle. To get down, different users had to get out first because the passage was blocked.
The situation caused complaints from the drivers who justified themselves by saying that it is already known that more buses are needed to Arinsal and that problems like this are happening often.
