New details in the investigation into Liam’s death
The investigation into Liam’s death has taken a new direction in recent days, while the Buenos Aires police intensify the search for evidence at the CasaSur Hotel, where the British singer lost his life. The authorities have carried out an exhaustive inspection of the hotel in search of clues that will help reconstruct the events and discover the circumstances surrounding his death. Among the hypotheses being used is the possible participation of a drug supplier linked to the hotel, who would have supplied the artist with a dangerous mixture of substances. According to the preliminary toxicology report, traces of a combination of narcotics known as “pink cocaine” were found in Payne’s system, which includes ketamine, MDMA, cocaine and other components, as well as benzodiazepines and alcohol.
During the search operation, documents, electronic devices and security recordings were seized, as well as mobile phones and computers belonging to the hotel and people who were in contact with the singer. Likewise, five people have already testified to the police, including three hotel employees and two people who accompanied Payne shortly before the incident. The initial analysis of the images and testimonies has made it possible to rule out the intervention of a third person at the time of the fall, but has reinforced the hypothesis of a possible psychotic episode induced by substance consumption.
