Eventful evening in the 16th district of Paris. Monday March 6, 2023, the Paris firefighters intervened near the Trocadero. In question: a suspicion of a gas leak after the start of a fire.
A fire followed by a gas leak
The intervention took place in the early evening, around 8 p.m. The firefighters were called for a fire, near rue Benjamin Franklin and avenue de Camoens. The fire was quickly circumscribed, but firefighters suspected gas leaks.
“Residents have been evacuated and are welcomed in Saint-Louis de Gonzague”, indicates the town hall of the 16th arrondissement on social networks. At 8:30 p.m., the gas zone had been isolated by GRDF.
