Stunning Omaze £2m four-bedroom mansion could be yours in latest prize draw along with £250,000 in cash

The lucky winner of the newest Omaze prize draw will pick up the keys to a stunning four-bedroom mansion worth more than £2 million – as well as £250,000 in cash.

The modern four-bedroom house is situated near the picturesque Devon coastal town of Exmouth and comes with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and coastline, a guest annexe as well as a heated swimming pool.

The grand prize comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered, and winners can decide to either live there, rent it out for an income or sell it whenever they wish to become a multi-millionaire.

If the winner decides to rent it out, local estate agents estimate the property could achieve a long-term rental value of £4,000 per month.

The Omaze Million Pound House Draw in Devon will also raise at least £1million for the Campaign Against Living Miserably – and is backed by comedian and CALM patron, Romesh Ranganathan.

There are also activities nearby including windsurfing, kite-surfing, and fantastic routes for cycling and walking.

The Cathedral City of Exeter is only 12 miles away with its intercity railway station, international airport and connection to the M5 motorway.

As well as making its Grand Prize Winner a multi-millionaire the draw will also raise money for Campaign Against Living Miserably – CALM.

Someone in the UK dies by suicide every 90 minutes. It’s now the leading cause of death for young people, and men under 50.

CALM’s suicide prevention helpline answers a call every 59 seconds. The charity says that answering so many calls is a constant challenge.

The money raised from the partnership with Omaze will fund CALM’s suicide prevention helpline to help more people find hope and a reason to stay, keeping more families and loved ones together.

The Omaze partnership is backed by comedian and CALM patron, Romesh Ranganathan.

Romesh, 46, said: ‘I’m thrilled that CALM is partnering with Omaze.

‘People may look at me as “that comedian on the TV” but I know firsthand what it’s like to lose a close mate to suicide and also to really struggle with suicidal thoughts. And I know I’m far from the only one – one in five of us will have suicidal thoughts.

‘That’s a huge number and it’s why, as CALM Patron, I know being involved in the Omaze House Draw is so important.

‘Not only will it mean more people know that CALM is there for them, but it will also help fund their life-saving helpline, so CALM can be there for people when they need it the most.’

Omaze has guaranteed CALM a minimum donation of £1 million from the partnership.

James Oakes, Chief International Officer at Omaze, said: ‘Everyone at Omaze is honoured to be partnering with CALM for our latest house draw.

‘By offering this stunning house in Devon, along with £250,000 in cash, Omaze gives people the chance to win a life-changing prize that can enable them to live mortgage or rent free, whilst also raising money for charities.

‘Our charity partners get introduced to vast new audiences that they wouldn’t otherwise reach.

‘We’re extremely proud that the Omaze community has raised over £56 million for good causes across the UK.’
