The RTVE Employment Commission has agreed review the manual of the opposition courts in order to avoid question leaksso that only the president and the secretary have access to the final exam and that there is a reserve questionnaire in cases of urgency.
The management and the unions met this Wednesday in this body of the corporation after the suspension of the scheduled exam for last Sunday—it will be celebrated Next Saturday, November 2— due to the leaking of part of the questions.
According to union sources, the first steps have been taken to address improvements that prevent this type of situation and it has been agreed that this manual be modified so that only two people know the final content of the test: who holds the presidency and the secretary (for its organizational and support functions).
In any case, they will be developed two examsone that will be printed and presented to the applicants and another as a reserve, prepared to be used in case of possible incidents and emergency situations.
Likewise, and according to the same sources, it has been agreed shorten the period as much as possible between the preparation of the exam and the date of the test.
He court is composed of ten membersfive of them from the corporation’s management, and another five from the unions. The president will be elected by the company.
