An entire road of seven homes is going under the hammer for the bargain price of £360,000.
Five of the terraced houses on Garden Street in Edentown, Carlisle, Cumbria, are being advertised online for a guide price of £250,000.
Those who are interested can view the row on October 4 before putting in a bid on October 24.
And if five houses aren’t enough, two others are being sold separately for £60,000 and £50,000 – with the same viewing and bidding dates as the first five.

Some of the homes seem to be half way through being renovated
The kitchen is in a sorry state in this house, with exposed roof slats and crumbling plaster
The state of the houses varies drastically, with one being a little outdated and the other filled with junk, including a discarded plastic doghouse
Images show five properties for sale offering a mixture of one and two bedroom homes.
But there’s a catch, as photos reveal the properties are in various states of repair.
Some appear very lived in and cluttered with beer cans and general waste taking over living spaces – described in the ad as in need of ‘modernisation’.
Others are empty and seem to be partly renovated.
As a whole over the five terraced houses, there are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms giving one lucky landlord the chance to own the whole street.
‘For sale by public auction on Thursday 24th October at the Halston hotel, Carlisle,’ states the listing.

‘These five properties will be offered as one lot and then as a whole along with Numbers 3 & 5 Garden Street giving the option to buy 7 adjoining properties, a good development opportunity.
‘This is done by offering the separate lots as private auction lots which allows us to park the highest bids then offer the combined lot.
‘Subject to the reserve being met if the bid for the combined lot is equal or in excess of the individual lots, it will be sold to that bidder.
‘Or if the total of the bids on the individual lots are the highest they will be sold in that way.’
If you want to rule the road this could be the perfect investment opportunity for a property developer.
