Andorra la VellaThe Crèdit Andorrà Foundation is offering a new workshop this March to learn how to design with the Canva program. It is one of the most anticipated novelties of the season of initiatives aimed at people over the age of sixty, which take place at L’espai, the social center for activities and training.
In this course, which starts on Monday, March 13, you will learn how to use this tool to create all kinds of design projects, such as logos, posters, postcards, photo collages, videos, etc., any presentation for personal use or professional, in print or digital format. It will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, from five to seven in the afternoon. Users who want to can apply this knowledge in the social networks workshop with touch tablet and mobile phone, which will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, from ten to twelve in the morning.
The foundation periodically offers a wide range of activities as part of the ‘Healthy Aging’ programme. The various trainings are programmed based on the needs and interests of the users themselves, they report.
The concern for the use of new technologies has also become a recurring topic of interest for L’espai users. For this reason, L’espai is launching a risk prevention workshop in the new information and communication technologies (ICT). This activity is organized on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from ten to twelve in the morning, from March 16.
Continuing with the same theme, this month there will also be a preventive workshop entitled ‘How can new technologies help us in our health?’. In this activity we will talk about the opportunities offered by ICT to access content and quality information resources to help self-training, to relate and to lead a healthier life. It will take place on March 21, at four in the afternoon.
The training offer for the month of March is completed by a talk about transhumance in Andorra, an ancestral practice still alive related to the country’s economic activities such as agriculture and livestock. It will be this Thursday, at four in the afternoon.
Places in face-to-face activities are limited and are awarded in order of registration. The initiatives take place at L’espai, the social activity and training center of the Crèdit Andorrà Foundation, located in Escaldes-Engordany.
