The City of Lilas, through the voice of its mayor Lionel Benharous, also spoke about the drama, presenting these “sincere condolences” to Rayan’s family and loved ones. “The investigation is underway and the city of Lilas will put all the elements in its possession at the disposal of the police and justice”, promised the city councilor.
