Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report: Nov. 7, 2024

The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system. Any person(s) charged with an offense or offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Kingston

Bail jumping: Paige E. Young, 34, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police in Syracuse at 10:53 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, and charged with bail jumping, a felony. Young was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court on Nov. 20.

Obstructing governmental administration: Jeymmy Alexandra Rojas, 47, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on Washington Avenue at 12:26 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, on an arrest warrant, and charged with obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. Rojas was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.

Town of Rochester

DWI: Khristopher F. Snow, 43, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at midnight Thursday, Nov. 7, and charged with the felonies of driving while intoxicated with two previous convictions within 10 years and aggravated unlicensed driving with one permanent revocation. Snow was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.

Saugerties

DWI: Christopher James Merchant, 33, of Cincinnatus, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:57 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, and charged with the felonies of driving while intoxicated with two previous convictions within 10 years and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years. Merchant was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
