Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report: Nov. 22, 2024

The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system. Any person(s) charged with an offense or offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Kingston

Drugs/possession of stolen property: An unidentified 16-year-old was arrested by Kingston police on North Front Street at 3:46 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, and charged with the felonies of grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property valued at more than $3,000, and with the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal mischief, driving while ability impaired by drugs, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Police declined to provide additional information, or release the defendant’s status.

Aggravated family offense: An unidentified 20-year-old was arrested by Kingston police at the Delaware County Jail at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, and charged with the felonies of aggravated criminal contempt and aggravated family offense, and the misdemeanor of criminal contempt. Police declined to provide additional information, or release the defendant’s status.
