Assault with weapon: Joseph Nathanial Waterman, 54, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 5:49 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Sunoco Convenience Mart, 384 Foxhall Ave., and charged with felony assault and the misdemeanors of criminal possessession of a weapon with intent to use, criminal mischief (intentionally damage property) and the violation of disorderly conduct (violent behavior). Waterman was released with tickets for Kingston City Court. Additional information was not immediately available.
Weapon/drugs: Briana Beth Call, 29, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 1:11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, at 79 Hurley Ave., and charged with the felony of criminal possession of a weapon and the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and false personation. Call was released with tickets for Kingston City Court. Additional information was not immediately available.
Catskill
DWI: Romaine R. Rusk, 38, of East Jewett, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:26 a.m. Monday, Nov. 11, following a two-vehicle property damage crash on Cauterskill Road in the town. Rusk was charged with the felony vehicular assault (driving a vehicle while impaired and causing injury) and with the misdemeanor of driving while intoxicated. Rusk, who was arrested in Kingston, was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court. Additional information was not immediately available.
Lloyd
Gang assault: Irving Romero-Perez, 33, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Monday, Nov. 4, on an arrest warratn from the city of Poughkeepsie and charged with felony gang assault. Romero-Perez was turned over to Poughkeepsie police.
Prattsville
DWI: Adam Santosky, 43, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:34 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, and charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Santosky was released with a ticket for Prattsville Town Court.
Saugerties
Grand larceny: William T. Palmer, 46, of Kingston, was arrested by Saugerties police at 1:35 p.m. Monday, Nov. 11, following an investigation into the alleged theft of a dirt bike. Parker was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part Court (CAP Court) and sent to Ulster County Jail without bail.
Town of Ulster
DWAI-drugs: Danielle L. Vogt, 36, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:04 p.m. Monday, Nov. 11, and charged with driving while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Vogt was released with a ticket for Ulster Town Court.
