Mid-Hudson Valley arrests report: Dec. 20, 2024

The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system. Any person(s) charged with an offense or offenses are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Kingston

Weapon: Jvon Andrais Williams, 35, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 10:52 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, at Rondout Gardens Apartment, Rondout Street, and charged with the felony of criminal possession of a loaded firearm, and the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a weapon, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest. Williams was sent to Ulster County Jail without bail. Additional information was not immediately available.

Grand larceny: Joseph Leonidez Petras, 38, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at WKNY Park on Broadway at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, and charged with the felonies of grand larceny (credit card) and criminal possession of stolen property (credit card). Petras was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Burglary: Jocelyn Warren Shook, 30, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at police headquarters at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, and charged with the felony of burglary and the misdemeanor of petit larceny. Shook was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Town of Kingston

DWI: Jhonn Harol Matarrita Carrilo, 46, of Paterson, New Jersey, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:21 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%. Carillo was released with tickets for Kingston Town Court.

Red Hook

Computer trespass/unlawful imprisonment/obstruction of breathing: Carl B. Immich, 62, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Livingston at 11:11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, and charged with the felonies of unlawful imprisonment and computer trespass (gains access to computer material), and with the misdemeanors of criminal obstruction of breathing, stalking (to create fear injury/sex offense/kidnapping/death), reckless endangerment, unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image, menacing, and aggravated harassment. State police did not immediately provide additional information.
