THE restaurant that Naoëlle D’Hainaut, the winner of Top Chef 2013, opened with her husband in May 2017 at Pontoise (Val d’Oise)retains its star for the fifth consecutive year.
The announcement was made on Monday, March 6, 2023. The Michelin Guide again awarded its famous stars to 630 restaurants in Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin).
Among these establishments, Q’idee Gold14, rue Marcel-Rousier, in Pontoise.
“Everywhere, the same technical mastery, beautiful taste harmonies, frank cuisine. Well-paced, relaxed and professional service by a young and efficient team. A very recommendable address”, underlines the Michelin guide.
Currently closed until March 7, online reservations are, however, possible.
