Man City vs Tottenham: How to watch, stats, news, injuries

Two sides badly in need of a Premier League victory meet on Saturday as Manchester City host Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad.

City may be chasing an unprecedented fifth consecutive title, but they head into the weekend off the back of four straight defeats — the worst run of head coach Pep Guardiola’s career. However, news of Guardiola agreeing a new contract at the club could give City a timely boost.

Spurs are in need of some good news of their own after they missed the chance to move into the top four by losing at home to a previously winless Ipswich Town side in the last match before the international break.

Guardiola and Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou look set to be without several key first-team players for the game, including Rodri, Jack Grealish and Cristian Romero.

Despite the two teams’ differing performance levels for the majority of Guardiola’s time in England, Spurs have often found a way to get the better of City and have already done so this season when they won 2-1 in the Carabao Cup round of 16 on Oct. 30. But can they earn another unlikely victory that would dent City’s title chances and boost their own Champions League aspirations?

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the game.
