When one fan said they had ‘never seen her that thin,’ the musician insisted that she was at her healthiest.
At the time, she revealed she was ‘two years completely sober’ and ‘exercising every day.’
‘Worried about you Lily. I feel like we’ve grown up together and I’ve never see you this thin,’ the Instagram user wrote.
‘Your fans care about you, your health and we love you very much. Please take care dear.’
Lily replied, ‘You’ve never seen me two years completely sober, not smoking and exercising every day.’
In response to another message which has since been deleted, Lily added, ‘Seriously, where do you get off? You know NOTHING about me or my lifestyle. How dare you.’
