An influencer who claims she has made more than £100,000 selling her old clothes online has revealed her top tips.
Becky Chorlton, from Lymm in Cheshire, found fame on social media when she started posting her car boot and charity shop hauls.
Attracting bargain hunters, she racked up almost 290,000 followers on TikTok, where she regularly posts the hidden gems she manages to find at the bottom of a sale bin.
She usually lists second-hand designer clothing or sought-after garments on her Depop account, under the name beckysbazaar.
Becky has turned her platform into an online shop, and says she has now made more than £100,000 in profit.

The content creator has now shared her top tips to help increase the chances of an online sale to help others.
Her first piece of advice is to list as consistently as possible.
Becky said: ‘That means if you’ve got 100 items, try and stagger it throughout a week so list 10 items a day if you can.’
The 26-year-old was asked how she sorted out her tax, to which she responded that her accountant deals with that side of the business, however she does track her sales and expenses through a spreadsheet.
Her second tip is to focus on stock turnover, particularly if you’ve just started selling on online platforms.
She added: ‘Don’t worry too much about your profit margins on each item, as long as you’re making a little bit of money, you’re selling an item, gaining the experience and then you can make a little bit of profit and reinvest that back into the business and buy more stock.’
Becky said to ensure that all listings are accurate and to give as much information in the description as possible such as sizing and whether there is any wear and tear.

‘Use good quality pictures in natural lighting and provide measurements or even model it just so the customer can see a reference and they have high security buying from you,’ she said.
For tip number four, Becky said that social media promotion was ‘game changer’ for her, adding that people should be using ‘every single platform’.
She then let her followers into an unexpected hack – to always use that offer feature on some apps such as Depop, Vinted and Ebay, as it can be used to your advantage.
‘If someone low balls you and gives you a ridiculously low offer then go back and tell them what the lowest you’re willing to accept is, you never know they might be willing to accept it and you can come to a deal.’
