Ivanka Trump demonstrates the five weight-lifting workouts she does to get her body

Ivanka Trump has showed off her killer body while demonstrating the five workouts that have ‘transformed’ her body in ways she ‘hadn’t imagined.’ 

The former First Daughter added to the ongoing whispers about her gym regime after her personal trainer, Sandy Brockman, exclusively revealed to DailyMail.com which workouts Ivanka does while at the gym.

The 42-year-old took to Instagram to boast her jaw-dropping strength as she showed fans how she completes the five workouts.

Ivanka admitted that she has shifted to weightlifting and resistance training after having ‘primarily focused’ on ‘cardio and yoga’ for the majority of her life

The blonde beauty echoed the thoughts of her trainer as she revealed that perfecting your form before adding any weight is ‘essential’ as she stunned in a slew of figure-hugging workout outfits.

In the clip, Ivanka could first be seen doing Barbell back squats with 75LBS of weight. 

The mom revealed she does ’10 reps’ of the movement before moving onto the next. 

Back squats, which are also known as barbells, are performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weighted barbell on your upper back and squatting. 

The second workout that helps Ivanka stay in perfect shape is Barbell Deadlifts. 

She noted that she uses 85LBS for this workout, which she does ‘eight reps’ of. 

Deadlifts are one of the most functional and basic exercises, and it sees you bending down, picking up a weight bar and lifting it back up. 

Ivanka then works on giving her arms a burn by doing ’15 reps’ of TRX, which sees her pulling a rope that weighs her ‘bodyweight.’

She continues to sculpt her arms by performing Lat Pull Downs, which sees her pulling weights down towards her body.

Lastly, the mom works on her glute and leg muscles by performing a curtsy squat with a resistance band on. 

While holding a 20LB weight in one hand and donning a resistance band, Ivanka squats with one leg in a curtsy fashion and then switches legs. 

The blonde beauty revealed she does a total of 10 reps on each side. 

In the caption section, she admitted that she finishes off her workout with about ’10 minutes’ of sprints. 

Ivanka captioned the video: ‘Hi Everyone! I’ve been getting a lot of questions about my workout routine since I reposted a video with my trainer, so I thought I’d share a bit about my fitness journey.

‘Like many women, I used to focus primarily on cardio, yoga, and Pilates. Since moving to Miami, I have shifted my focus to weightlifting and resistance training, and it has been transformative in helping me build muscle and shift my body composition in ways I hadn’t imagined.

‘I believe in a strength training approach built on foundational, time-tested and simple movements—Squats, Deadlifts, Hinges, Pushes, and Pulls. These are the cornerstones of my workout, emphasizing functional strength for life.’

She then revealed that she ‘prioritizes’ her form before adding weight and that she has dramatically increased her protein intake. 

The former First Daughter added: ‘Prioritizing form is essential; only then do I add weight. 

‘This ensures a safe and steady progression while maintaining the integrity of each movement. I incorporate mobility work within my sessions to enhance range of motion.

‘Weightlifting has enhanced not just my strength but my overall athleticism and resilience. I now dedicate 3-4 days/ week to strength training. 

‘Also new for me but critical to my progress has been increasing my protein intake dramatically. I now consume between 30-50 grams of protein a meal. It works… I’ve never been stronger!’

At the end of her caption, she encouraged her fans to ‘push boundaries’ and ’embrace challenges.’

Sandy said: ‘Ivanka is wonderful because she is just being herself and learning how to strength train, which is so bada**.’

The trainer – who has been in the industry for more than three decades – revealed that she had gone through all of the trendy workout phases and found that the most effective were the basics. 

She revealed that Ivanka always stuck to the same five workouts – adding that depending on her goals, they would add or remove the amount of weights she lifted.
