This is a page that turns for the delegated municipality of Loré.
For health reasons, Bernadette Ultre, 62 years old, has decided to pass on his multi-service store, route de Ceaucé. “I had been a trader in Loré for 19 years,” she says. For 4 years, I started by renting out a grocery store with a fuel station. And I moved to build this 100m convenience store2 15 years ago, which is open 7 days a week.
At the time of passing the torch, Bernadette would like to thank her staff (Angélina, Isabelle and Sabrina) for their support over the past year, which has allowed the business to continue.
I pass on my activity, on the other hand I keep the restaurant Ma cantine that I opened in Sept-Forges in 2018.
A terrace bar for this summer
For a fortnight, Bernadette Ultré worked in tandem with her successor Benjamin Daigremont, 29 years old, from Lassay-les-Châteaux.
“I’ve been in business since I was 14,” he says. After my apprenticeship, I worked in medium and large surfaces. Recently, I was responsible for a discount store in La Ferté-Macé as an employee. I had been looking to start my own business for a long time, and when I heard that this business was to be resumed, I seized the opportunity”.
Monday, January 16, he officially became the new manager of the Cocci Market, with Angélina as an employee. It still offers: groceries, with a greengrocers section, a charcuterie section and sliced cheeses. “I am appealing to local producers to enrich my offer”.
You can also find: a bread depot, local newspapers including The Free Publisher, La Française des jeux (during February), tobacco, gas. The multiservices remains open 7 days a week, with somewhat modified hours.
“From February, I will offer rotisserie every weekend, announces Benjamin, who has plenty of projects in mind. I also plan to be a relay point for parcels. And from June, I will open a bar with an outside terrace with catering on Saturday evenings”.
