The President Claudia Sheinbaum called this Friday, October 25 to Claudio X. González ‘toxic junior’ after the businessman criticized her for not lowering the publication of the judicial reform of the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF).
During her morning conference, the president referred to the message shared by Claudio X. González andn his social networks in which he also calls her “inept and foolish.”

Why did Sheinbaum call Claudio X. González a ‘toxic junior’?
The president pointed out that the Senate approved on Thursday not to lower the publication of the judicial reform of the DOFbecause the protection to which Judge Nancy Juárez referred to was inadmissible.
“So, what did they approve in Congress? The same thing, that in the case of amparo, the same thing that the law said, that is, amparo is inadmissible in the face of constitutional changes; That already existed in the law and it is proposed that it remain in the Constitution,” explained the president.
Against this background, the president said that the opposition accused her of being authoritarian and that there was no longer democracy in the country. “Well, the main critic of the government is sitting here with us freely, asking a question, answering with dialogue,” he said.
Then he projected the message from Claudio X. González and said that he met with the businessman’s father in recent days: “His father was there, at the meeting at the National Palace, he even left the meeting happy, he said that he saw a lot of prosperity for our country,” he added.

He assured that the businessman is the one who “leads the opposition parties” and now also seeks to “command the Supreme Court.”
“I would say that he is a ‘toxic junior’, because look, look at the result of that meeting. I mean, he commands the Prian, now he wants to command the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, but I do not recommend it, look at the result that the Prian had in the June 2 election,” he asserted.
