A man has been arrested and transferred to Palencia psychiatry for evaluation after attacking his mother with a knife in the neck, chest and armsentrench themselves for 45 minutes in the family home and try to burn down the house in the La Salceda urbanization in the Palencia town of Carrión de los Condes, as reported by the Government Subdelegation.
