With a reserve team eyeing the Libertadores, Palmeiras visited Red Bull Bragantino this Sunday (01) and was defeated 2×1. In the 25th round of the Brasileirão Série A, Endrick opened the scoring with a great goal, but saw the home team come from behind.
A starter in Bragança Paulista, the young striker scored his fifth goal in this edition of the national competition. With 19 games played, six as a starter, he equaled Artur’s mark and became Verdão’s second top scorer in the tournament, behind only Raphael Veiga, with seven.

In the Brasileirão, the Palestrian team fell to 4th position, with 44 points, seven less than the leader, Botafogo. Glorioso closes the round this Monday (02), at 8pm, when they host Goiás. Thus, the difference between the teams in the table could increase even more.
