Get better organized to close the year without stress

With the end of November and the imminent arrival of December – and Christmas – Catalina Hoffmann, neurofitness expert, invites us to reflect on how better address our daily tasksespecially in a stage of the year marked by stress and multiple responsibilities. Hoffmann places great importance on ‘sectorize‘, that is, to organize time and tasks more effectively. According to the expert, this consists of dividing activities by day, establishing priorities and avoiding the accumulation of pending tasks that generate frustration and mental blockage. He goal is to work day by daywithout judging ourselves for what we do not achieve, but being aware of our capabilities and limits.

To do this, it presents us with a very simple exercise that we have to put into practice daily. Do you want to know which one it is? Give it to play! If you do this regularly, your brain will soon learn to set more realistic tasks and goals to really achieve everything you set out to do. In addition, it offers you a new challenge for a brain in top shape.
