Pollis in New York state will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. The early voting period ends Sunday, Nov. 3.
Here are the races that will be on the ballots:
National
• President/Vice President: Kamala D. Harris/Tim Walz (Democrat, Working Families Party); Donald J. Trump/JD Vance (Republican, Conservative Party).
• U.S. Senate: Kirsten E. Gillibrand (Democrat, Working Families Party); Michael D. Sapraicone (Republican, Conservative Party); Diane Sare (LaRouche Party).
• House of Representatives, District 18: Pat Ryan (Democrat, Working Families Party); Alison Esposito (Republican, Conservative Party).
Election 2024: Ryan faces Esposito in race for 18th Congressional District
• House of Representatives, District 19: Josh Riley (Democrat, Working Families Party); and Marcus Molinaro (Republican, Conservative Party).

• New York State Proposal One: This proposal would protect against unequal treatment based on ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, and sex, including sexual orientation, gender identity and pregnancy. It also protects against unequal treatment based on reproductive healthcare and autonomy.
A “yes” vote puts these protections in the New York State Constitution. A “no” vote leaves these protections out of the State Constitution.

• Rhinebeck town board: Aaren Kokubun is on the ballot as a Democrat because she resigned too late to be removed from the ballot. Erich Blohm will be on the Republican line. Democratic write-in candidate Dana Peterson entered the race when Kokubun stepped down.
