Cronulla is the first team through to the NRLW grand final after defeating minor premiers Brisbane 14-0 in an upset at Langlands Park.
The Sharks, who finished the regular season fourth on the ladder, got on top of the Broncos in the first half of the grand final qualifier on Sunday afternoon.
Captain Tiana Penitani’s try and the conversion from Tayla Preston gave the visitors a 6-0 lead at half-time.
The Sharks, who only joined the NRLW in 2023, iced the win with second-half tries to Annessa Biddle and Cassie Staples.
They will meet either the Sydney Roosters or Newcastle in next Sunday’s grand final at Stadium Australia.
The win was the Sharks’ first over the Broncos, who had never previously been held scoreless in an NRLW match.
