CREAMY CHEESE CAKE, STEP BY STEP

‘Cheesecake is one of the best-known and loved desserts by all, so a recipe to recreate it in a simple and creamy way could not be missing from this book,’ says Monreal.

INGREDIENTS (for an 18 cm mold)

  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sweetener (erythritol)

ELABORATION

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and blend with a mini blender until you have a creamy texture.

Place parchment paper on a mold suitable for oven or fryer, pour the mixture on top and place it on the tray of your fryer.

Program the air fryer for 30 minutes at 150ºC.

After that time, I leave it for 5 more minutes in the turned off fryer.

Let cool and enjoy this wonder.

Tip: Keep the cake in the refrigerator and, before serving, leave it outside for half an hour so that it reaches room temperature.

CARROT AND GINGER CREAM, STEP BY STEP

According to Paula, the fresh touch of ginger makes this cream one of her favorites all year round.

INGREDIENTS (6 people)

  • 500g carrots
  • 2 leeks
  • 1.5 liter of vegetable broth (if you don’t have it, use water)
  • 1 head of garlic (if you don’t like garlic that much, you can add less)
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small piece of ginger (be careful, don’t overdo it because it has a lot of flavor)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

ELABORATION

Wash and cut the carrots into 2cm pieces, and do the same with the whitest part of the leeks.

Peel the piece of ginger with the help of a spoon.

Cut the bottom ends of a head of garlic.

Put all the vegetables on frying paper, season with salt and pepper, add the extra virgin oil and program the fryer for 20 minutes at 180ºC.

After that time, the vegetables should be tender and golden; If not, they will need a few more minutes.

Put all the vegetables in a food processor and blend them together with the water. It is advisable to add the water little by little, so you can play with the texture that you like the most..
