The campanada has emphasized that it is a challenge that comes earlier than expected, but that thanks to the brands and institutions that are supporting it, as well as thanks to the team that helps it manage permits, among other aspects, it will try strive to the maximum to meet the 2023 goal and do both summits.
It should be remembered that Troguet already has three peaks of more than 8,000 crowned. In 2019, he was able to climb Nanga Parbat, 8,125 meters high, and Manaslu, 8,163 meters high. In 2022, he reached the summit of K2 at an altitude of 8,611 meters with the same team with which he will do this year’s expedition.
Accompanied by the renowned Nepali alpinist Nims Dai and his team, she will travel to Nepal in April to trek to the first base camps and get a good acclimatization. The month of May will be the time to attack Everest and Lhotse.
Finally, Troguet wanted to emphasize that he does not hide from saying that he will do both summits with what is now known as a commercial team, with Sherpas and professional mountaineers who will help him achieve his great goal for this year.
