Title bout set for Ultimate Party.
There was a KO-D Openweight Championship match at DDT Pro-Wrestling’s 11/4 show. Going into the match, Shinya Aoki defended the title against Chris Brookes.
In the end, it was Brookes emerging victorious to win the belt for a second time. His first reign lasted from July of 2023 until November 2023.
After Brookes regained the championship, he was approached by Daisuke Sasaki. A title match between them was agreed upon for DDT Ultimate Party on December 28th from Ryōgoku Sumo Hall.
