The railway company has detailed in a statement that the incident occurred due to “an output shaft in the tail unit of empty material during a maneuver”.

This incident adds to those of recent months, which have caused railway chaos that has been the trend since Oscar Puente assumed the Transport portfolio, and has even brought the matter to Congress.
