AEW’s Fright Night Dynamite finished sixth among prime-time cable programming while airing against Game 5 of the World Series.

The October 30 episode from Cleveland averaged 628,000 viewers and 255,000 viewers (0.19) in the 18-49 demographic, according to Wrestlenomics & Programming Insider.

The show ranked sixth among cable programming in prime-time behind two NBA games and three shows on Fox News. The World Series dominated television with 18,152,000 viewers and a 4.25 in the 18-49 demographic on Fox. Dynamite ran against the Boston Celtics vs. Indiana Pacers, which averaged 1,011,000 viewers and 0.34 in the demo on ESPN.

Dynamite fell by 1% in both viewership and the core demo and was its lowest audience since August 7.

In the 18-49 demo, male viewership dropped from 187,000 to 162,000 viewers but females increased from 70,000 to 94,000 viewers.

The show saw a major decline in Canada this week with approximately 28,000 viewers and 14,000 in the 25-54 demographic on TSN2, ranking outside of the top ten sports programs. The audience dropped by 55% while the demo audience fell by 63% this week and uncharacteristically low.

Next week’s edition of Dynamite runs head-to-head with NXT on CW.
