Isma Juárez visited this Wednesday in its section of The IntermediateMega Institutions, the headquarters of the State Meteorological Agency to learn a little more about their work.
The first person the reporter interviewed was María José Rallo, the president of AEMETto which he asked about the weather next weekend.

Gómez explained to Juárez that in the morning they do a first briefing national in which discusses what is expected at a synoptic level during the day.
The reporter tried to interpret a map without much successso he decided to take a test on meteorological terms carried out by the chief forecaster.
“What does DANA mean?” Gómez asked.to which Juárez responded with doubts: “Cold drop.” The head of predictions clarified that it was an “isolated depression at high levels.”
Finally, The reporter climbed to the roof of the AEMET with the meteorologist Rubén del Campo. “The roof is also used to empirically verify whether it is raining,” Isma tells him.
“Yes, because you can look at the satellite, look at the radar images… but The best way to check if it is raining is to go out on the terrace and get wet“Del Campo responded with a laugh.
