Andrés Roca Rey has become one of the brightest stars in the world of bullfighting. He is not yet 30 years old, but this young Peruvian can boast of being an international celebrity and one of the most followed figures in the pages of the heart.

With total assets that exceed 2.4 million euros, according to the commercial registry documents to which ¡HOLA! has had access, both are listed as joint and several administrators.
Two properties appear in the name of the company, a store in the center of Seville located on one of the best-known streets in the capital of Seville and a farm in Gerena. They bought the first one in 2019, shortly after establishing the company; the second in May 2020. This acquisition had at the time a great public impactsince it was the first property that the Peruvian bought on Spanish soil – he already had an important estate in his homeland –, as part of the bullfighting tradition.
It is neither more nor less than ‘La Consentida’, a spin-off of ‘La Caprichosa’, the estate of the granddaughter of William Randolph Hearst with a farmhouse designed by the famous architect Aníbal González, architect of the Plaza de España in Seville. Years after acquiring it and renovating it to adapt it to her tastes, Joanne Hearst Castro, granddaughter of the founder of Hearst Corporation, built her a farmhouse a few meters from hers inspired by the one designed by González, which they named ‘La Consentida’.
This building of almost 700 square meters built, as well as the more than 6 hectares of extension that surround it, are what the bullfighter acquired through his company for around one million euros.
There, Roca Rey distances itself from the madding crowd, surround yourself with friends and familyrests when the season allows it and also trains when necessary.
