WOODSTOCK, N.Y. – Fisher Associates have been hired at up to $185,439 to determine if any of four town-owned properties are suitable for affordable housing projects and develop a plan if a site is chosen. The review and potential development plans were approved last week during a Town Board meeting. “There are some issues we want to work out in any final contract,” Supervisor Bill McKenna said.
