Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner They played this Wednesday an authentic battle of three sets and more than three hours of play in the final of the China Open, in which the Murcian tennis player ended up prevailing in the tie break from the last sleeve. After that, both tennis players put aside their rivalry on the court and flew on the same plane on the way to the Shanghai Masters 1,000.
One of the Italian tennis player’s coaches, Simone Vagnozzi, shared an image on his social networks in which Sinner can be seen next to him, his physio Ulises Badio and his physical trainer Marco Panichi. And, in the background, a smiling Alcaraz, who dares to pose when he sees that they were taking a photo.
Likewise, the team of the Murcian tennis player also appears, among them, Juan Carlos Ferrero.
The photograph took place because both tennis players shared the flight charter that took them from Beijing to the Shanghai Masters 1,000a tournament in which they will debut this Saturday and where both tennis players could meet in the semifinals.
“Obviously, when we go out on the court to play we always want to win and beat our rival, but after that we have good relations between us and we can talk”, Alcaraz stated about the relationships he maintains with his rivals, among them, Sinner.
