Drugs: Richard Colon, 44, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:53 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Colon was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Olive
DWI: Fatima Andrea Duque Castaneda, 24, of Phoenicia, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:55 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Castaneda was released with tickets for Olive Town Court.
Saugerties
Child endangerment: Salvatore N. Alonge, 42, of North Salem, was arrested by Saugerties police at 3:20 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17, following a disturbance, and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Alonge was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
