Father-of-four, 30, falls to his death while looking for his hotel after drunk night out in Benidorm on his first ever lads holiday

A father-of-four has died on his first ever lads holiday after falling whilst looking for his hotel in Benidorm.

Nathan Osman, 30, became separated from his friends after a night out in the Spanish city and was unable to find his way back to their accommodation.

Spanish police are currently investigating the beloved father-of-four’s death, but his family in Pontypridd, South Wales, claim they have been told he suffered a fatal fall.

His heartbroken older sister Alannah Hughes took to social media to share the devastating news.

‘He travelled on his first boys holiday and after too much to drink, he got lost looking for his hotel and fell,’ she said.

‘Nathan didn’t want to leave this earth, leave his children and our family. He would be so gutted, he had so many plans for himself and the kids’ future.

His family have since announced a touching tribute to the father-of-four who was described as the ‘most wonderful, supportive brother’

‘Our hearts are broken and breaking for Nathan and his children.’

In her touching tribute, Ms Hughes described Nathan as ‘the best father, son, uncle and certainly the most amazing, wonderful, supportive brother’.

Alannah revealed that her brother’s children Mimi, Romi, Tayo and Tino were ‘distraught’.

She said: ‘Their heads are torn apart at the thought of not ever seeing, hearing or feeling their Dad ever again.

‘Nathan’s kids were his absolute life and I’m sure that anyone that knew him would agree.

‘Anything he ever did was to support and love his four children and give them the best life he could with the very little he had financially.’

Nathan’s grieving mother Liz Osman also posted to social media saying: ‘Oh Nathan why you XXXXX ?’

Since his death, £16,000 has been raised via GoFundMe so that Nathan’s family can get the mechanical engineer home to his native South Wales to give him the funeral ‘he deserves’.

The fundraiser’s description also added that money raised will go towards helping his four ‘beautiful’ children ‘who have been left heartbroken’ following his death.

‘Nathan was the smile that would light up the room and to anyone that had the pleasure of meeting him, would tell you that his four children were his whole world,’ it read.

‘A dedicated father who provided his children with the best life.’

Describing the ‘devoted’ father, ‘unconditionally loved son, brother and friend’, the statement added: ‘[He] had so much to live for and this news has come as a massive shock to everyone who was lucky enough to know him.’

His sister added in a separate post: ‘Money raised will be towards getting Nathan home as quickly as possible from Benidorm and if anything extra is raised will be given to his children in honour of what Nathan can’t give.

‘He deserves this help more than anyone! As a family we are heartbroken and grateful.

‘I miss him so much already, he didn’t deserve this! My heart has never felt pain like this and I will long for my little brother for as long as I live.’

The Spanish authorities are continuing to investigate but are treating it as a tragic accident.

An inquest will be held in the UK after his body has been repatriated.
