Brought into the singer’s dressing room, despite his refusal after a sexual proposal, the technician would have left the premises in a hurry to join the tour bus. “ My client is very uncomfortable, he repeats that he is not interested, the artist insists and asks him if other members of the team would be interested », Reveals this man’s lawyer, Me Anne-Sophie Charrieras.
A “crazy story” according to the artist’s entourage
But according to his version of events, the story does not end there. He says in his complaint that during the night, Slimane sent him messages for more than two hours. In his bed, the technician said he received “ a multitude of messages and videos of a sexual or even pornographic nature ”, as his advice specifies.
Contacted by The ParisianSlimane’s entourage says they are unaware of the existence of this complaint, even evoking a ” crazy story “. It must be said that the facts with which he is accused put him at risk of a one-year prison sentence and a fine of 15,000 euros. Provided that the facts are proven by the investigation. However, the outcome of this affair hardly seems to have escaped the ears of the artist or at least of his team. Because from December 18, 2023, the complainant claims to have informed the company which employs him of the facts that occurred. In the process, he is removed from the tour by his employer, like another employee.
According to the newspaper, exchanges then took place between Slimane and the production of the tour – informed by the technician’s company of the reason for this withdrawal – for ” recall the ethical principles of collaboration “. But the only visible consequence seems to be the replacement of these two technicians to continue the tour from February.
Saint-Étienne prosecutor David Charmatz is now “waiting for evidence, in the form of various recordings, which this lawyer has announced she has and must send (to her)”to decide on the possible opening of a preliminary investigation.

Me Charrieras’ client hopes that this complaint will allow him to move forward because he says to himself ” worried about the repercussions this will have on his family and his professional future », given the meteoric rise of Slimane, omnipresent in the French media landscape, whether with Eurovision, his songs, The Bastards Or The Voice Kids on TF1.
Not to mention the accusations against the complainant because his silence could potentially have been bought. “ This is the other reason why my client ended up defying his fears », explains Me Charrieras on this subject.
