DWI: Stephanie Janet Kraker, 31, of Greenville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:42 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%. Kraker was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Prattsville
DWI: Adam J. Santosky, 43, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 4:34 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, and charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Santosky was released with a ticket for Prattsville Town Court.
Red Hook
Burglary: Markus R. Rosien, 22, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck in connection with a burglary reported on Oct. 23. Rosien was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, and charged with the felonies of burglary (illegal entry with intent to commit a crime) and criminal mischief (damage another person’s motor vehicle), and with the misdemeanor of petit larceny. Rosien was sent to Dutchess County Jail without bail.
