However, a new milestone in the Isla Natura neighborhood is about to come true.
This Wednesday, Metrovacesa began the delivery of the first homes in the “further residential development” south of SevilleNature Island. This new neighborhood of 67 hectares, made up of a total of 2,870 homes and an investment of 400 million, It is made up of 180,000 square meters of green areas and public spaces that seek to transform the area into a sustainable neighborhood through the environmental regeneration.
This Metrovacesa initiative not only revitalizes the residential offer in the city, but also facilitates access to new housingdeveloping 1,800 homes. Among these, it also includes a significant number of officially protected homes, specifically, 330, which join the 950 that Emvisesa and Vimpyca will execute, as the developer has stated in a press release.
