A front will cross this Monday the northwest third of the peninsula and the Cantabrian Sea, on a day in which the maximum temperatures will drop in the extreme northwest, Mediterranean arc and medians of Canary Islands and the minimums in Galicia and northern plateau, according to the prediction of the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet).
In Galicia, the provinces of Lugo and A Coruña will be at risk (yellow alert) due to wavesdue to the southwest wind of 50 km/h that will cause waves up to five meters high.
Generally, the skies will be cloudy or covered with precipitation as it passes through the northwest third of the peninsula and the Cantabrian Sea. The rains will be more abundant in the west of Galicia, and generally weak and occasional in the rest, which will also affect the western Pyrenees and northern Iberia at the end of the day.
