Shabu-Shabu Night offers an engaging, interactive dining experience where diners take control and cook themselves. This traditional Japanese hotpot dish, featuring a flavorful broth, lets you simmer slices of Wagyu beef and fresh vegetables right at their table. The experience is enriched with house-made dipping sauces that perfectly complement the delicate flavors.
The name ‘shabu-shabu, ‘meaning ‘swish swish’ in Japanese, captures the sound of ingredients swirling in the pot. Available every Wednesday starting at 6 pm, this experience is priced at SAR 240 and includes a selection of vegetables, Wagyu beef, and dipping sauces. If you want to elevate your meal further, additional vegetables can be ordered for SAR 30 and extra Wagyu beef for SAR 50.
