The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office asks the National Court to reject the PP’s complaint against the PSOE

The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office asks the National Court to reject the PP’s complaint against the PSOE

The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office has sent a letter to the investigating judge of the National Court Santiago Pedraz, in charge of assessing the admission of the complaint that the PP has filed against the PSOE for alleged irregular financing. Anti-corruption opposes the admission of this complaint, according to sources from the institution. The Popular Party’s brief includes the testimony of a businessman, published in a media outlet, who claims that he delivered 90,000 euros to the PSOE headquarters, on Ferraz Street.

In addition to targeting the party, the PP complaint accuses businessman Víctor de Aldama and Koldo García, former advisor of José Luis Ábalos, of alleged illegal financing, money laundering, influence peddling and bribery.
