Christmas in Madrid is dressed with a Latin touch

This year, Madrid celebrates Christmas with a proposal that unites tradition, creativity and Latin American talent. In the royal suite of Hotel InterContinentalan emblematic space in the city, the experts in ‘table sitting’ Monica Ramirez (@latavolacolorata) and Camila Villalba (@camilavillalbac_) have created a christmas table that combines the classic with the contemporary, reflecting the spirit of these dates.

The table: a fusion of cultures and styles

The decoration is based on a color palette of burgundy, red and burnt orange, tones that evoke warmth and vitality. Red candles provide a sophisticated visual contrast, while fresh grapes, a symbol of prosperity, adorn the table with subtlety. Old books complete the scene, adding a nostalgic air that refers to family traditions.

The tablecloths are from the collection Bethlehem story by Mammas Secret (@mammassecret), illustrated by Alba Crosa (@albacrosadesigns). This series of pieces narrates scenes from the town of Bethlehem, with hand-painted images that portray shepherds, markets, desert landscapes and a portal that awaits the arrival of its protagonists. The design, impregnated with details, invites you to relive shared moments around the family Nativity scene.

The crockery, work of the Venezuelan Zubi (@byzubi), is hand painted and is inspired by the motifs on the tablecloth. The flowers and palm trees reflect the colors of the season, providing a personal and artisanal touch to the composition.

A floral and sweet touch

The floral atelier Miss Pitimini (@misspitimini) created arrangements in burgundy and orange tones, which add texture and life to the table. The flowers are integrated with the other elements, achieving a balance between elegance and naturalness.

The cake, made by Monse Pere (@monsepere), stands out not only for its flavor, but for its design. With a careful aesthetic and unique flavors, this dessert becomes the perfect closing of the experience.

A meeting between tradition and modernity

This collaboration demonstrates how carefully selected details can transform a celebration into a memorable experience. From the decoration to the flavors, everything has been conceived with a mix of tradition and modernity, reflecting the magic of Christmas.

This proposal invites us to rediscover the essence of these dates, reminding us that the true Christmas spirit lies in the details and the love with which they are created.
