A child under three years old has died this Wednesday in a swimming pool located in the Malaga town of Torrox, according to the Emergency Coordination Center (Cecem112), a service assigned to the Ministry of the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue and Administrative Simplification of the Board.
Telephone 112 received a distress call at 12:04 p.m. alerting of a minor drowned in the pool of a home, located between said town and Sayalonga, to which they were carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers (CPR).
Immediately, the Health Emergency Center 061 was activated from the coordinating room, which has mobilized a helicopterto the Civil Guard and the Local Police.
Health and police sources have confirmed the death of the minor to 112, without further information being revealed about the circumstances in which this event occurred.
