Kingston
Grand larceny: Darryl Bishop, 30, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:08 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, and charged with the felonies of possession of a forged instrument and grand larceny of property valued at more than $3,000. Bishop was sent to Ulster County Jail without bail.
Saugerties
Criminal mischief: Scott E. Buley, 48, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 7:38 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, on Garden Circle, and charged with criminal mischief, a felony. Buley’s arrest followed a disturbance, police said. Buley was released from Ulster County Jail on Wednesday, Dec. 11, after posting $1,000 bail.
